I stumbled upon this file when I typed a file search into my launch bar and hit enter to open the first result before I had even read what it was. I accidentally pulled up this delightful file instead. In the formidable NLTK Python package for processing natural language, the author of the package added a little Easter egg to generate Chomsky papers in this commit way back in 2006.
I find this sort of thing charming, it gave me a good laugh.
